Serious Mass is a geyner that is designed to quickly and efficiently replenish the energy reserves spent in training.

Serious Mass is aprotein-carbohydrate complex, which contains a large number of various minerals, vitamins and trace elements. Due to the presence of carbohydrates in the ginger as with a low glycemic index, and with a high one, its reception helps build up an exceptionally dry muscle mass.

This complex should be taken in whole portions or half at certain intervals:

  • between meals
  • before bedtime
  • after training

The additive can be in the package 1.3 kg - 4 servings, 2.6kg - 8 servings, 5.2 kg - 16 servings and has several flavors: strawberry, banana, vanilla and chocolate. There are certain rules for preparing a cocktail:

  • weight of an athlete less than 78 kg - 1 measuring spoon;
  • weight of an athlete from 78 kg to 100 kg - 1.5 tablespoons;
  • the weight of an athlete is more than 100 kg - 2 spoons.

The required amount is diluted in three glasses of water, juice or skim milk and mixed thoroughly for a minute.

This drug is recommended for leanpeople who are very difficult to gain muscle mass. This is a fairly high-calorie supplement - almost 1,300 calories per serving, so you should follow the recommendations of your trainer on the use of the drug.
