Everyone knows the taste of "Artemovsky" champagne, butnot everyone knows the technology of its manufacture. This is a complex and time-consuming process, the duration of which depends on the type of sparkling wine and some other factors.
Date of establishment of Artemovsky Champagne Factorywine belongs to the 1950. But the prerequisites for its creation appeared much earlier, even in the XIX century. It was at this time in the territory of the Ukrainian city of Artemovsk in the Donetsk region, an alabaster plant began to work, which was engaged in the production of gypsum. Soon, when the gypsum deposits were depleted, the plant was closed, leaving underground at a depth of 72 meters, numerous galleries.
After the end of the Great Patriotic War I. Stalin issued an order to create domestic champagne, which would not be inferior in quality to a French drink. The only place that satisfied the necessary production conditions was the artemovsky galleries. For the production of sparkling wine, similar to the French drink, it was required to maintain a constant temperature of 13-14 degrees and humidity 89-90% year round.
The only kind of champagne thatwas produced at the Artyomovsk sparkling wine factory, was the "Soviet". After the collapse of the USSR, new trademarks Artyomovskoye and Krym appeared in the enterprise. A few years ago the plant was subject to privatization, and now its name sounds "Artemovsk Winery".
The process of making sparkling wine is long and time consuming. It consists of several important stages.
In this form, "Artemovskoye" champagne falls intoshop for storage, and then to stores. The factory organizes regular excursions, where everyone can get acquainted with the production process and even taste sparkling drinks.
At present, Artemovsk Winery, PJSCproduces sparkling wines under such trademarks as Krimart, Charte, Soloking, "Crimea" and others. But the leader is still "Artemovskoe" champagne, the recipe of which resembles "Soviet". The plant produces several types of sparkling aged wines from this series:
Sparkling wines that are produced in Artemivsk, are made according to the classical recipe from the real Crimean grapes without the addition of powdered wine materials. At the same time, any person can afford to buy them. On average, the price for "Artemovskoye" champagne is set at 200-250 rubles per bottle. Depending on the type of sparkling wine, it can vary slightly in one direction or another.
