Creating a factory

For the production of sparkling wine, similar to the French drink, it was required to maintain a constant temperature of 13-14 degrees and humidity 89-90% year round.

Production technology

The process of making sparkling wine is long and time consuming. It consists of several important stages.

  2. Replication. At this stage, the wine is bottled, which is clogged and sent to champagne aging in special containers.
  3. Excerpt. The duration of this phase is at least nine months, and some wines can "rest" for 5-10 years.
  4. Remiage. At this stage, the sediment is reduced to the plug by turning the bottle into a vertical position. In this form they go to the next shop.
  5. Disgorging. At this stage, the old cork is removed along with the sludge and the new cork. The process is fully automated.
  6. Finishing. At this stage, quality control of each bottle is carried out and labels are pasted.

  • White semi-dry - sparkling wine of light straw color with a slight aroma of acacia. Champagne is served to desserts, as a rule, already cooled to a temperature of 8-10 degrees above zero.
  • Pink semi-dry - fine wine with pleasant notes of apricot. It is made from grape varieties of Pinot-Franc, Cabernet, Aligote. It is recommended to drink chilled.
  • Muscat semi-dry - champagne from grape varieties Muscat white, Muscat Ottonel with a mild taste and a delicate aroma of rose.
