Every time we let fear guide our lives, we pay a price for it. Which one? We remain unhappy, feeling that we are wasting our life, we have a changeable mood, we experience unnecessary drama, or worse, we feel emptiness and rejection.
Everyone experiences fear. Because we eventually cease to see how he controls us.
1. You criticize.
Criticizing yourself and others is a very characteristic feature of our society, which already does not even pay attention to it. We think this is normal. But any thought based on judgment is one more step that separates us from others and brings us closer to loneliness. When we make assumptions about other people and their motives, we form wrong judgments. And it comes back to us. How?Because we feel pity. No complaints and criticism bring us satisfaction.
The fear behind it is an experience that we are not good enough. And we want to elevate ourselves (in our head), humiliating someone else.
2You go with the flow.
Having stability in our life is important. But this does not mean that we should live in a familiar way, in which we ourselves do not feel alive.Ideally, we should feel the source of stability within ourselves,and thus feel the freedom and desire to learn new hobbies, places, new professions, to find your own.
The only way to understand whether we live out of fear is to watch our feelings. If you are happy to wake up in the morning and enjoy the day, you are on the right track. But if you do not feel motivated, if you are depressed every day by the thought of what you are facing today, fear drives your life.
3. You are stuck in a situation.
Fear can make us stay in a relationship or work. This is so if you present yourself with someone else or in another place. ANDall because of the critical inner voice that is louder than the whisper of your heart.
It is very important to learn to understand your heart and mind. Only then will you break the vicious cycle, in which the main one is fear.
4. You are not talking about what you want.
If you look at your life from the outside, you can see how often many of us do not express our opinion because of fear of hurting someone’s feelings or fearing someone’s disapproval.The funny thing is that those people whom we are afraid to offend, also have those whom they are afraid to offend.So we all hold each other hostage.
But the truth is that we are born with dreams for a reason. And only we can implement them. That is why we are here. When you come after your heart, you inspire others as well. The world is so arranged, and we all complicate things.
5. You feel stress.
Stress is a state of mind. We are under stress when we force ourselves to do something wrong. Or correct, but out of fear that we will not succeed, therefore we begin to work more and faster. We feel stress when we are in too much of a hurry, or when we are postponing something, or we are avoiding something that we don’t really want to do.
It is important to look at your life in such a way as to see the source of our stress, and to change that.
